Reservations

• To confirm your reservation we will require 10% of total amount at time of booking, and the balance will be due 48-hours prior to check-in.

• We will send you the final invoice 48-hours prior to check-in. Please see cancellation policy for questions regarding that.

• Payment by eTransfer to arrowlakeescape@gmail.com 

• Once deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

• You are welcome to check yourself into your unit when you arrive but should you require assistance we will be available to help.  24-hours prior to your arrival we will send you the code to enter your unit.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to one week prior to check-in date - full refund of deposit

• Up to 48-hours to check-in - 50% refund of deposit

• Less than 48-hours to check-in - no refund of deposit.

• If you are experiencing an emergency situation please contact us to discuss options.

Checking In and Out

• Check-in after 3:00 p.m.

• Checkout before 10:00 a.m.

• Self check-in with keypad

• Please contact us if you require an early or late check-in/check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your request. It will be dependent on other bookings.

During Your Stay

• 2 guests maximum

• Pets allowed with prior approval

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

• No parties or events

• No drug use or smoking on the property.

• As we have two units you will find PARKING spaces allocated to either the suite or off-grid cabin, please use the appropriate space.

 

Pet Policy

Guest are asked to respect the following policies:

• We welcome all well-behaved dogs! Please contact us in advance of your booking to discuss your needs.

• Pets are NEVER to be left alone in the unit when you go out.

• Your dog must be on-leash at ALL times when out of the unit and not allowed to roam the property unsupervised.

• Please pick up after your pet and dispose of the waste in the appropriate garbage container outside your unit.

• Failure to follow these policies could result in you being politely requested to vacate the premises.

• There will be a one-time pet fee of $50 per dog for the Off-Grid Cabin rental and $75 per dog for the Studio Suite rental. If you have more than one dog please contact us to discuss PRIOR to arrival.
